ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry in a already closed civil disputes by respondents 2 and 3 based on the petitioner's representation, dated 19.11.2025.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondents Police are not interfering in any civil dispute and they called the petitioner for enquiry since he is involved in a case registered in Crime No.28 of 2025 on the file of the third respondent Police.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 26.11.2025 Indu 2/4
