ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The relief sought for in this writ petition can be granted only by the jurisdictional civil Court.

3.The petitioner is permitted to move the jurisdictional civil Court. If the plaint papers are in order, it shall be numbered immediately. The petitioner is also at liberty to seek interim relief. The petitioner can very well implead the registering authority as a respondent in the IA alone, without making the registering authority as a defendant in the main suit. The interim application shall be numbered immediately. The trial Court can even consider granting ex parte relief. In any event, the IA shall be disposed of within a period of eight weeks thereafter. 2/4
