This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.13785 of 2025 dated 20.08.2025 has not been complied with.

2.Today(05.12.2025), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that after the order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.13785 of 2025 dated 20.08.2025, the investigation in Crime No.155 of 2024 has been transferred to the Sub Inspector of Police, Vaiyampatti Police Station, Trichy and the final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Manapparai and the same was taken on file in STC No.216 of 2025. As such, the order of the this Court has been complied with. 2/4

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this contempt petition is closed.
