ORDER

This Court, on 27.11.2025, passed an order in this petition granting interim suspension of sentence to the petitioner to attend the marriage of his son on 10.12.2025, subject to one of the conditions that the petitioner shall surrender back to the Superintendent, Central Jail, Palayamkottai at 11.00 a.m. On 11.12.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, in complaince of the said order, the petitioner reported to the Superintendent, Central Jail, Palayamkottai, on 11.12.2025 at 10.a.m.
