ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 33 of 2025 on the file of the third respondent to any other competent officer or CBCID. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been now completed and a final report has been filed before the POCSO Court, Madurai.

3.Since the investigation has been completed, there is no question of transferring the investigation.
