Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.10.2025 and to take immediate and appropriate action against the accused persons who damaged the temple idol platforms and threatened to demolish the temple to build a church.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.10.2025 and to take immediate and appropriate action against the accused persons who damaged the temple idol platforms and threatened to demolish the temple to build a church.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, the third respondent Police is directed to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction and liberty, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
