Respondent/Complainant For Petitioner : Mr.A.Navaskhan For Respondent : Mrs.M.Aasha Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR LOWER COURT BAIL MODIFICATION Under Sec. 483(1)(b) r/w 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- C-58M.To modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.535 of 2025 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Theni, dated 10.11.2025, and permit the petitioner to report before the B9 Saravanapatti Police Station, Coimbatore.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.535 of 2025 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Theni, dated 10.11.2025, and permit the petitioner to report before the B9 Saravanapatti Police Station, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, and since charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Theni, is hereby modified and the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, B9 Saravanapatti Police Station, Coimbatore, daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of four weeks and thereafter, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, for two weeks and thereafter as and when required before the respondent police for interrogation. The other conditions imposed by the trial Court is confirmed.
