PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 528 of BNSS. PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed on the petitioner " the fourth appellant shall stay at Kancipuram and appear before the Inspector of Police, Big Kancipuram Police Station, Kanchipuram District, daily at 10.30 am, until further orders, dated 17.10.2025, made in Crl.A(MD) No.1056 of 2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.1056 of 2025, dated 17.10.2025, wherein the the the petitioner/fourth appellant was directed to stay at Kancipuram and appear before the Inspector of Police, Big Kancipuram Police Station, Kanchipuram District, daily at 10.30 am, until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. The main contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that the petitioner was directed to appear before the Inspector 2/5

of Police, Big Kancipuram Police Station, but in Kanchipuram, there are two police stations, B1 Siva Kanchi Police station and B3 Kanchi Taluk Police Station and that when the petitioner appeared before the concerned Police station, they have not allowed the petitioner to sign and directed him to get clarification.

4. As rightly pointed out by the learned by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), even after such direction, they have not moved this Court for clarification. Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition.

5. Hence, the petitioner is directed to stay at Kanchipuram and sign before the Inspector of Police, Sivakanchi Police Station, daily at 10.30 am until further orders. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
