ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify and revoke the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.33 of 2025, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sattur as against the petitioner alone, as ordered by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the condition already granted by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner alone is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/-(Rupees Seventy five thousand alone) to the credit of Crime No.33 of 2025 within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the modification granted shall stand vacated automatically.
