Heard Mr.M.Jegadeesh Pandian, learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner.

2. This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2911 of 2025 in C.A.No.94 of 2025 dated 29.08.2025 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Virudhunagar at Srivillliputtur.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr. M.Jegadeesh Pandian, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, was informed that the challenge in the revision petition is to an interlocutory/revisable order passed by the trial court, and therefore, it may not be appropriate to invoke the revisional jurisdiction under Section 397 of the Cr.P.C.1 Learned counsel for the petitioner would then seek liberty to file a petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., and the revision petitioner does not propose to press the Criminal Revision Petition and seeks to withdraw the same. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.

4. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as Girish Kumar Suneja vs. CBI, AIR 2017 SC 3620
