Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS, or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of a Writ, directing the 1st Respondent to include the petitioners name in the promotion panel list in SE/SEDC/SVGS/A/Memo No. 8096/SE /SEDC/SVGA/ADO/Adm.11/ A. 2/F.Fm.IGr.Panel/2025 for the post of Foreman 1st Grade from 31.01.2025 with all benefits by considering his appeal dated 10.02.2025 on merits based on his representations dated 01.2.2025, 05.2.2025, 13.2.2025, 19.2.2025, 01.3.2025, 20.6.2025, 22.8.2025, 29.9.2025 and 03.11.2025 within the 1/4

period of stipulated time limit as fixed by this Honble High Court and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice. ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st Respondent to include the petitioners name in the promotion panel list in SE/SEDC/SVGS/A/Memo No. 8096/SE /SEDC/SVGA/ADO/Adm.11/ A. 2/F.Fm.IGr.Panel/2025 for the post of Foreman 1st Grade from 31.01.2025 with all benefits by considering his appeal dated 10.02.2025 on merits based on his representations dated 01.2.2025, 05.2.2025, 13.2.2025, 19.2.2025, 01.3.2025, 20.6.2025, 22.8.2025, 29.9.2025 and 03.11.2025.

2. Considering the fact that already the petitioner has preferred an appeal on 10.02.2025 and the same is pending for consideration, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 10.02.2025 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
