PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 16 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police.
PRAYER in CRLMP(MD)No.20558/2025: To relax the bail condition No.(d) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)21173/2025 dated 24.11.2025.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The allegation against the petitioner is he has sold the defacto complainant's property fraudulently. After taking into consideration all the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court has already granted interim bail to the petitioner with certain conditions and also referred the matter before mediation for amicable settlement between the parties. But mediation failed and report submitted on 17.12.2025. 2.Today, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been complying the conditions imposed on the petitioner in the bail order regularly and he seeks relaxation of the said condition. He further submitted that in order to prove the petitioner's bonafide, the petitioner has cancelled the sale deed executed fraudulently and subsequently, the petitioner has executed released deed in respect of Plot No.215.

3. Considering the above said submission, this Court is inclined to confirm the interim bail already granted by this Court and accordingly, interim bail already granted is made absolute. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
4. Since the petitioner has been complying the bail conditions regularly, the conditions imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition are allowed. 07.01.2026 PJL To
