Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent Chief Educational Officer to give permission for filling up the vacant post of Junior Assistant in the petitioner school, within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Honble court and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent Chief Educational Officer to give permission for filling up the vacant post of Junior Assistant in the petitioner school.

2. It is to be noted that the petitioner school has submitted a proposal to the 3rd respondent on 03.07.2025 and the same is pending for consideration.

3. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the proposal submitted by the petitioner dated 03.07.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
