The above petitions have been filed seeking orders to restore the appeals in CMA(MD)No.1767 to 1770 of 2010, which was dismissed for nonprosecution, vide order dated 11.11.2025.

2. Heard both sides and also perused the records.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they are not having objections to restore the appeals.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered. Registry is directed to restore the appeals.
