ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.489 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent Police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi, by way of e-filing in No.LTN20220002600C202500705 on 30.10.2024. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
