ORDER

The present Sub Application has been filed seeking to reopen the contempt petition in Cont P(MD)No.162 of 2025, which was closed by this Court on 04.06.2025 on the ground that the respondent corporation had submitted that the entire amount claimed by the writ petitioner had already been paid.

2.A perusal of the record reveals that the order of this Court was challenged by the Transport Corporation before the Division Bench in W.P(MD)No.2594 of 2025, wherein the contention of the Transport Corporation was rejected and the Corporation was directed to make the payment within eight weeks.

3.In view of the above Division Bench order, this Sub Application is allowed and the contempt petition stands restored. 2/4
