Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent herein to initiate appropriate criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 31.10.2025, lodged before the 1st respondent herein within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to direct the second respondent herein to initiate appropriate criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 31.10.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, the second respondent Police is directed to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
