2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the above condition has been duly complied with by the petitioner. 3.At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested before this Court that the above condition may be relaxed. 2/5

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the above condition has been duly complied with by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition. 5.The condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1517 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.145 of 2025 dated 28.08.2025 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the Assistant Sessions Court, Theni, once in a month ie., on first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 6.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
