Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to take a necessary action against the 3rd respondent herein based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.09.2025 within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to take a necessary action against the 3rd respondent herein based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 22.09.2025,

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed as it discloses only a civil dispute.

3. Recording the said submission, the second respondent Police is directed to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction and liberty, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
