Heard both sides.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner had not presented any document for registration.
3.I do not want to go into this controversy. The petitioner is permitted to appear before the respondent and present the document. On such presentation, the registering officer shall either accept it for registration or issue refusal check slip if it is not accepted. 4.Mandating the respondent to adopt either one of the courses of action, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
