ORDER
The present Writ Petition Criminal has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.10.2025, in compliance with the order passed by this Court in Crl.A.No.901 of 2022, and to expedite the deportation of the petitioner to her home country.
2. Mr.K.Govinda Rajan, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India, takes notice for the eighth respondent. The eighth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.10.2025 in the light of the order passed in Crl.A. No.901 of 2022 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent shall also take necessary steps to expedite the process of deportation of the petitioner to her home country, subject to statutory requirements.
3. With the above directions, this Writ Petition Criminal stands allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
