ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.14552/2025 in Crl.OP(MD)No.16636/2025 on 15.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the respondent police has filed charge sheet before the trial Court.

4. In view of the same, the condition imposed in Crl.MP(MD) No.14552/2025 in Crl.OP(MD)No.16636/2025 on 15.10.2025, is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court as and when required.
