O R D E R

By relying on a settlement deed dated 19.11.2024 and the patta transfer order dated 18.05.2025, the petitioner had applied for a survey of 24.42 ares in survey No.292/34A2. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that action would be taken after considering objections, if any, of the owners of relevant adjacent lands.

3. On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner confirms that there is no rival title claim. Considering the said aspect and the fact that the petitioner has filed both title and revenue records, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request for a survey after issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them. The entire 2/4

process shall be concluded within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
