After filing a revision petition before the District Revenue Officer against an order dated 26.05.2022 of the Revenue Divisional Officer, the petitioner seeks the early disposal of such revision petition.
2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3. On the basis of written instructions, he submits that the District Revenue Officer would consider and dispose of the revision petition on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing reasonable opportunity to all parties thereto.
3. In view of the above submissions of learned Government Advocate, it is not necessary to issue notice to the fourth respondent in this Writ Petition. Instead, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the District Revenue 2/4
Officer to consider and dispose of the pending revision petition on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, the fourth respondent and any other party thereto.
