ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.737 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent, U/s.296(b) and 118(1) of BNS Act, 2023.

2. During the course of arguments, when this Court expressed that the points raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner are factual in nature, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this petition. The learned counsel also requested this Court to direct the respondent Police to file the final report within a stipulated time.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Considering the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to conclude the investigation and file the final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
