ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.157 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent Police Station.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.157 of 2021, a final report has been filed as against seven accused persons, which was taken on file in C.C.No.148 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Theni, in which, petitioner's name has been deleted from the final report.
