This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry was conducted based on the complaint given by the third respondent; that the said enquiry has now been closed and that the petitioner would not be called for enquiry anymore.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
