2. The petitioner has suffered an eviction order at the hands of the Joint Commissioner, HR & CE Department, Trichirappalli. The said order dated 26.08.2025 has not been put to challenge in the manner known to law. The petitioner appears to have filed a simple suit for permanent injunction. In the meanwhile, the impugned eviction order has sought to be enforced. The petitioner is proposed to be dispossessed tomorrow. At this stage, this writ petition has been filed.

3. I do not find any merits in the case projected by the writ petitioner. Be that as it may, the petitioner deserves some breathing time to make alternative arrangements. The petitioner states that he will abide by the impugned eviction order and that he will vacate on his own within three months from today. The impugned proceedings are put on hold exactly for a period of three months. If at the end of the three months, the petitioner fails to vacate, the petitioner will not only be dispossessed but also will have to face contempt proceedings by this Court. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 24.11.2025 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No rmi 3/5
