ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Crime No.44 of 2022 dated 24.02.2022 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same as illegal as far as against this petitioner concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Illuppur and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.294 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
