This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents for a compassionate appointment due to death of petitioner's husband namely Mr.Alagumalai, Night Watchman, 4th respondent school on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2025.

Considering that the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2025 seeking compassionate appointment, consequent upon the death of her husband, is pending consideration, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
