Prayer : Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the 2nd respondent to refix the salary of the petitioner as per the order of the writ appeal in W.A. (MD) No. 1283 and 1284 of 2019 dated 28.11.2019 based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2025 within the time stipulated by this Honble Court pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to refix the salary of the petitioner as per the order of the writ appeal in W.A. (MD) No.1283 and 1284 of 2019 dated 28.11.2019 based upon the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2025.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 17.09.2025 for the very same relief.

3.In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
