Alleging that the order of this Court dated 03.07.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.17960 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the order of this Court dated 03.07.2025, passed in W.P.(MD) No. 17960 of 2025, has been duly complied with. A copy of the written communication dated 28.01.2026 bearing reference No.Na.Ka.Aa7/550/2025 sent by the first respondent is produced before this Court.
