PRAYER :- To cancel the Anticipatory bail order dated 17.10.2025 granted in favour of the 2nd respondent in connection with Crime No.531/2025 on the file of the 1st respondent police. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The reason for filing the cancellation of anticipatory bail application is that while hearing the anticipatory bail to the second respondent, the first respondent wrongly stated before this Court that the injured person has been discharged from the hospital.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant submits that, as of the date of passing the order, the injured person has not been discharged from the hospital and is still taking treatment.

3. The above said reason is not a valid ground for canceling the anticipatory bail petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
