ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the third respondent in A.Thi.Mu.No.9700/A3/2025 dated 19.08.2025, quash the same and further direct the 3rd respondent to give permission for filling up the PG Assistant (History) post in the petitioner school within a reasonable time as may be specified by this Court.

2. The petitioner's proposal was returned with a cryptic order directing the petitioner to act in accordance with the Rules. Such a cryptic order, passed by the third respondent without assigning any reasons, cannot be said to be a valid order.

3. In such view of the matter, the impugned order dated 19.08.2025 is set aside and the third respondent is directed to consider the claim of the petitioner based on the proposal dated 11.08.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
