(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN J.) This petition has been filed to permit the petitioners 1,4 and 5 to withdraw 50% of the total award amount in the deposit of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal,/Special District Judge, Thanjavur in MCOP No.359 of 2020

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed before this Court

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioners 1,4 and 5 are permitted to withdraw 50% of their share in the award amount as apportioned by the Tribunal together with proportionate accrued interest.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
