The above petitions have been filed (i) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the third appellant and (ii) to bring on record the proposed petitioners 7 to 9 as legal heirs of the deceased third appellant and rank them as appellants 7 to 9 in the above second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

3. The petitioners filed a petition in CMP(MD)No.19535 of 2025 to condone the delay of 1210 days in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the third appellant and the said petition is allowed today.

4. Considering the above, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main papers.
