Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent herein to include the offences which comes under the TNPPDL Act in Crime No.118/2023 and to file a final report by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2025 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent herein to include the offences which comes under the TNPPDL Act in Crime No.118/2023 and to file a final report by considering the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 08.11.2025 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
