Prayer : Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the respondents to disburse all terminal and death benefits due to the petitioners deceased husband. P.Chandran, including EPF. Gratuity, Leave Encashment. Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity and all other admissible monetary benefits, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2025, within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Honble Court, together with interest at 12 percent per annum for the period of delay and pass such further or other orders as deem and fit in the nature and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to disburse all terminal and death benefits due to the petitioners deceased husband. P.Chandran, including EPF. Gratuity, Leave Encashment. Deathcum-Retirement Gratuity and all other admissible monetary benefits, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2025.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 15.10.2025 for the very same relief.

3.In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
