A free house site patta was issued to the petitioner in respect of survey No.232 by allotment order dated 20.11.1992. On the ground that patta No.320 was issued erroneously to the fourth respondent during the UDR, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3. He submits that the petitioner has not made out even a prima facie case that there is a UDR error. He also submits that the survey number in the petitioner's allotment order is 232, whereas the survey number of patta No.320 is 232/12.

3. The allotment order of the petitioner reveals that the allotment was in the post UDR period. As submitted by learned Special Government Pleader, there is no basis for the petitioner's assertion that 2/4

the patta issued to the fourth respondent relates to old survey No.233. On the contrary, the patta refers to old survey No.232/part. Therefore, this Writ Petition is misconceived and the petitioner is not entitled to the relief claimed. In view thereof, this Writ Petition is dismissed without any order as to costs.
