Single Judge, dated 11.11.2025 in W.P.(MD) No.25638 of 2025, is allowed and the petitioners are granted leave to prefer a writ appeal as third parties as against the said order.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that there are other connected writ appeals in W.A.(MD) Nos.3171 & 3181 of 2025 and the same are pending before this Court.
