ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl M.P. (MD). No.15578 of 2025 dated 04.11.2025 in Crl O.P.(MD). No.15890 of 2025 dated 07.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 27 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 27 days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl M.P.(MD). No.15578 of 2025 dated 04.11.2025 in Crl O.P.(MD). No.15890 of 2025 dated 07.10.2025 is relaxed.
