ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry. 1/4

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry is pending based on the complaint given by the petitioner's wife; that the enquiry would be completed within a period of two weeks and that the petitioner has not been harassed in any manner. 3.In view of the aforesaid submissions, the respondent shall conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say the petitioner shall not be harassed under the guise of enquiry and the petitioner shall appear on summons issued by the respondent.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
