2. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead petitioner viz., K.Santhosh, S/o.K.Kannan, No.2/100, Sivasakthi Nagar, 4th Street, Ambasamudram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, as proposed 3rd Respondent in Crl.RC(MD)No.1427 of 2025.

3. Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for Respondent, has no objection to allowing this petition.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the impleading petition is allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title forthwith.
