2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the encroachment in question had been cleared. The written instructions given by the Tahsildar, Palani dated 21.01.2026 has been served on the petitioner's counsel also. If the submission made by the respondent turns out to be incorrect, it is always open to the petitioner to seek revival of the contempt proceedings.
