O R D E R

An order dated 20.01.2025 of the Revenue Divisional Officer was assailed by the petitioner by way of revision before the District Revenue Officer on 21.04.2025. Pending disposal thereof, the petitioner seeks to restrain the Revenue Divisional Officer and Tahsildar from effecting changes to the revenue records pursuant to the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer.

2. Learned Additional Government Plader accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3. He submits that the revision petition was filed in April 2025 and that it is open to the petitioner to file a stay petition before the District Revenue Officer.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has challenged the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer by way of revision petition before the District Revenue Officer, I am not inclined to grant the relief claimed by the petitioner. However, if the petitioner files a stay petition before the 2/4

District Revenue Officer, the District Revenue Officer shall consider and dispose of the same on merits within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
