ORDER

Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to settle the Terminal Benefits amount payable to the petitioner such as difference in Gratuity, Leave salary and Pension amount in terms of 12(3) Settlement dated 29.05.2025 and all other attendant benefits together with interest at the rate of 6 percent per annum from the date of his retirement i.e. 30.04.2024 to till the date of payment.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is covered by an earlier order passed by this 2/4

Court and has placed reliance on the order made in W.P(MD)No.20522 of 2025 dated 29.07.2025.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent also does not dispute the said fact.

4. In view of the same, the respondent is directed to release the eligible benefits to the petitioner together with 6% interest from the due date till the date of disbursement, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
