ORDER : The Court made the following order :- After considering the facts and circumstances, this Court has already granted interim bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

2.Today, this Court enquired whether the victim's compensation has been granted. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reported that a compensation amount of Rs.40,000/- has been ordered in favour of the victim. He further submitted that the father of the victim would come to India by April 2026.

3.In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to confirm the interim bail already granted by this Court. Accordingly, the interim bail already granted is made absolute and the petitioner is directed to comply the earlier 2/4

condition granted in the interim bail petition. Thus, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered with the following further conditions:

(i) The petitioner shall not enter the home, school, or college, or any place where the victim or her family is present.
