PJL The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 126 and 103 of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.922 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner was arrested and hence, the prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
