After submitting a request to the Revenue Divisional Officer to rectify the alleged error in the FMB sketch, the present writ petition has been filed for a direction in relation thereto.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer would consider and dispose of the petitioner's request on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's request on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner.
