ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, to complete the trial in DVC No.6 of 2022 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Since no adverse order is proposed to be passed against the respondent, notice to him is dispensed with.

3. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, to complete the trial in DVC No.6 of 2022 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
